Just watched Latter Days. I cried like a baby!!! SO glad is wasn’t a sad ending. Most GBLT movies always end sad. Well, Shelter didn’t actually. Oh well, THIS IS A MUST SEE!
Yea, Shelter is one of my favorite movies! One of the main reasons that I like movies like Latter Days or Shelter is because they have happy endings, which is so rare in LGBT movies.

Not only is this show going outside the media norm by showing a non-stereotypical gay character, but they also are one of the only shows I’ve seen that has an interracial married couple.

Congrats to Happy Endings for being quite possibly the one show who has a gay character who isn’t defined sorely by the fact that he’s gay.
